- Inhale 4 times slowly through your nose, hold the air for a count of two, before releasing it as a count of four.
- It is applicable to anytime, when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or are facing a burnt out.

So he overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. But Lot's wife looked back behind him and she became a pillar of salt, Near the Dead Sea, a huge rock was found which is identified as Lot's wife.
Once Lord took an initiative to resurrect you completely from your past baggages or traumas from your past life, do not ever look back to those things that have been never want to be a part of your life. The story of Lot's wife is the greatest example that we should never look behind! The race of life is just to Swift forward.
