What you eat is what you become
It is an old quote but is all about how we eat. For example, for a person who is opting a Paleo diet, having a mix of both vegetables and animal protein. That means, adding a little bit of meat or chicken, along with an abundant amount of plant foods. They are intaking both plant and animal food, but they are choosing the food they want to eat intuitively.
Consuming Fear and My Concept
"Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud-- -- that you may eat"
It not only related to the importance of consuming the right food, it seeks the importance of consuming fermented foods such as kefir and Sauerkraut, adding more fiber into your microbiome. Betaglucan to add more fiber to our food, thereby reducing the cholesterol level in the body.
A study done by neuroscientist at University college cork- who took probiotics for a month has less stress and anxiety levels. Those who consumed more levels of bacteria has less levels of stress than with less diverse microbiome, a study conducted by Hoston Methodist Hospital. Also, those who consume, more processed foods negates the effects of consuming more probiotics.
I just said the connection between developing fear and consuming some meat. the animal has developed fear, when we are supposed to kill it for the purpose of preparing some Curry for our food. It is all about consuming fear or having something clean or unclean - whether we need to eat it or not, or it is a small criteria to understand what it is supposed to eat or what not to eat, . It is just about following a standard criterion that has already set, but it is all about maintaining better health and well being.

" I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it with the food" - W C Fields
Does the curry with the uncooked wine safe for children ?
Since we are adding the wine to the boiled curry, I think there is no need to cook it further. Normally people do take an extra 15 to 20 minutes to cook the wine, with a belief that its alcohol content moves away while cooking. No alcohol content means it's safe for children.
- Eat easily digestible food in the evening & those of which are difficult to digest, have that food in the morning or early hours of the day.
