If I want to write from my inside out, is this the only way?

Recently I have learned to prepare the well known Aimee Song Raw bars recipe. 

Most people prefer to prepare their granola recipe at home, here is what l learned from the Aimee Song Raw bars recipe. 

Ingredients are given below ⧭


Oats - two cups
Chia seeds - one fourth cup
Sunflower seeds  - half-cup (say, for two cups of oats)
Walnuts - one fourth cup
Dates 10 numbers
Pepper - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 pinch

Other Requirements: 

Parchment paper - 1 number
Glass dish - 1 number
baking dish (Normally, you can find that dish in your oven) or pressure cooker lid 
Chopping board - 1 number

Ingredients as mentioned above

Normally, people add both chia and sunflower seeds without crushing them into crumps, during their baking session. 

First off, I have done a mild roasting (both chia and sunflower seeds) - add both seeds to the granola mixture. Some of them are crushing it using a grinder. Or you can add those seeds without harming or not even roasting it. 

Adding a pinch of Salt will enhance the taste and flavor of the bar, it will become more crispier than ever! It is optional even! # step by step recipe to prepare granola raw bar # 

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or preheat your steam cooker for 30 minutes. 

2) Mix all those ingredients as mentioned above, say oats ( I do prefer to use medium-sized ones !), chia seeds, sunflower seeds, one pinch of salt, and pepper well together.

 Use some coconut oil to mix those ingredients and kneed it well with your hand. Make sure that your hand has enough amount of oil, to mix all the ingredients well. Either you can use one spoon to mix the ingredients well, if that option best suits for you.

3) After baking the contents for 15 minutes, set aside the mixture in parchment paper. For baking it in a steam cooker, it will take 45 minutes to one hour. 

4) Once the mixture gets cooled well, mix the chopped dates and walnuts together and spread some coconut flakes on top of it. Chopped dates mean cutting the dates into smaller pieces using a chopping board.

I do not prefer to bake the walnut though! If you want to bake the walnut, just add it during the baking session. Once the baking process has done, you can add the chopped dates and mix them well again.

At the end, spread some powdered coconut or a little bit of sugar on top of it! Here it is how it looks like, once you transfer the contents to a glass dish and place some parchment paper in a glass dish, before transferring the ingredients to the dish.



5) Place the mixture inside a refrigerator for two to three hours (2- 3 hrs) and have it after cutting it to small bars, as shown below.
