If I want to write from my inside out, is this the only way?
I have written this blog based on the picture I saw while reading the newspaper.
I am planning to explain this recipe based on my own learning. There is no need to go for a cooking process to prepare your favorite Mango Kulfi, using some milkmaid.
Ingredients↧Mango - one number or say it is one cup
Milkmaid condensed milk - 3/4 th cup
Whipped cream - 3/4 th cup
Cardamom - 3 crushed ones
Chopped pistachios - 10 numbers
Few strands of saffron - optional
Salt - one pinch
If you want a Vegan kulfi, you can use Coconut milk and coconut cream, instead of condensed milk and whipped cream.

Kulfi stick - based on your requirement
Steel glass of your choice
Aluminum foil

Protein: 1gram
Carbohydrates: 12 gram
Fat: 2 grams
Preparation method
- First off, transfer the mango pulp (or puree) to a bowl (of your choice) using a teaspoon. Do not take the outer part of the mango.
- Transfer the pulp to a mixer jar and mix it well. Add a pinch of salt before the mixing process. Salt enhances the taste and savor of this recipe.
- Take one bowl and add the pulp to it. Add both condensed milk and whipped cream, whisk it well using an electric or a traditional blender.
- Add the crushed cardamom and three teaspoons of saffron and mix well.
- Transfer the mixed contents to the steel glasses.
- Garnish it with crushed pistachios and a few saffron strands on top of it.
- Place the kulfi stick in the middle of it.
- Place the steel glasses (with the kulfi ingredients) inside the freezer, for three hours.
- Once you take the molded forms of kulfi from the freezer after 8 hours, you can have your favorite Mango kulfi.
# Tips and tricks #
- You can use steel cups or paper cups or even coffee mugs, instead of a kulfi mold or mutka.
- During the freezing process, covering the steel cups using some aluminum foil can avoid filling the upper part of the kulfi with ice crystals.
